Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following options:

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day)

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $200.00.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information is typically active within 24 hours.

Damages & Lost Packages NTS is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at training@ntsprotection.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

International Shipping We currently do ship internationally. International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees.
